Plan a Vacation

The everyday routine can be stressful, so it’s important to get away once in a while. It doesn’t have to be a long vacation; even a short weekend trip can increase your happiness and reduce your stress levels. Going on vacation can be a real shot in the arm:

  • Vacation planning can be a great activity for improving mental health
  • Short trips are more than good enough
  • When on vacation, don’t worry about work and turn off that work email!
  • Don’t be sad when you come back from vacation, but be excited for the next one
