Sask. health funding focuses on home care, mental health

The federal and provincial government has signed a bilateral agreement on Monday to invest more in Saskatchewan's home care, and mental health and addictions services. The next few years, Saskatchewan will focus on shifting the delivery of care from hospitals to community health centres, along with improving access to palliative and end of life care. The provincial health minister Jim Reiter hopes that these changes will cut down emergency wait times.
