Why we desperately need to stop apologizing for our mental health issues.

When living with a mental illness, we must learn to accept that there are going to be some days when we won´t feel at our best and we should feel free to talk about it without apologizing first. People do not apologize when having a broken bone or a headache, why should it be different with mental health problems?
