One Too Many
One Too Many is a novel way to help you start thinking about your drinking habits and will help you see if alcohol turns you into someone you'd rather not be. While most aclochol assessments focus on how much you drink, One Too Many explores behaviours associated with drinking.
Developed by Consultant Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Specialist Dr. Adam Winstock, who runs the Global Drug Survey.

Anxiety BC
Anxiety BC is a non-profit organization that provides self-help information, resources, and programs around anxiety for you, as well as parents and caregivers. You can learn how to face your fears, manage your anxiety, and take on healthy habits. Anxiety BC also has the MindShift app to help you cope with anxiety.
e-Couch
e-Couch is a self-help program to help you deal with depression, generalized anxiety, worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown, loss, and grief by using cognitive behavioural therapy. This program was originally started by Australia's beyondblue: the national depression initiative and the Australian National University.
Stress Prevention Kit
The Stress Prevention Kit was started in 2009. The goal of the kit is provide holistic tools to help young adults navigate stress effectively and independently, without feeling like they were getting professional help. It contains research broken down into separate booklets on topics like: nutrition, exercise, money, and job searching. The kit also includes activities based on cognitive behavioural therapy, to correct thinking patterns that might be unhealthy.

HeadsUpGuys was developed through the generous support of the Movember Foundation and is based at The University of British Columbia (UBC). It’s part of the Men’s Depression and Suicide Network, a Canada-wide initiative to develop resources, services, and programs to improve the mental health and well-being of men.

mindcheck.ca is a website for you to identify your feelings and mental state, and find links to mental health resources and help. Access quizzes, information, and tips about what to look for on topics like mood and anxiety, stress, alcohol and other drugs, psychosis, and body image and eating. The site is run by Fraser Health, and BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services, an gency of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre
The Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre provides mental health and substance use information, resources, and peer support to youth and families from across BC. The Centre also provides support to people of all ages with an eating disorder. You can reach the Kelty Centre over the phone, in person at BC Children's Hospital, or through email. Peer support is provided by Youth in Residence from The FORCE Society for Kids' Mental Health. The Youth in Residence have lived experience with mental health challenges, and provide support, navigation, and resources to other youth.

BCMHSUS is an agency of the Provincial Health Services Authority, including child and adolescent mental health services, forensic psychiatric services, and other programs.
UBC Mental Health Network
The University of British Columbia Mental health Network (UBC MHN) was created to better coordinate groups on campus and promote mental health resources in a strategic and effective manner. The Network consists of over 20 network representatives on campus.
UBC Mental Health Awareness Club (UBC MHAC)
The UBC MHAC was established to provide opportunities to discuss and promote mental health awareness throughout the UBC campus and community. The UBC MHAC holds events around campus, such as dog petting sessions.
